All orders received before 1.30pm Monday to Friday will be posted out the same day using Royal mail 24 Tracked, you will receive a tracking number confirmation by email or text. You should receive your order within 1 working day after you have received your tracking number/text with Royal Mail 24 Tracked service. You can check your 24 tracked progress on line  https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item 

What time are the shops open?

All stores are open Monday to Friday 10.00am to 6.00pm & Denton Store until 7pm
                                            Saturday 10.00am to 5.30pm

Denton Store only is also open Sunday 10.00am to 5.00pm


I'm new to this whole E-cigarette thing. Where do I start?
 
First things first... You’re going to need a STARTER KIT. This includes the charger for the battery, the battery (bottom part) and a Clearomizer (top part). 

The clearomizer has a coil or head which heats up the e-liquid, creating vapour. Every 2 weeks on average (depending how often you use the unit) this coil or head will burn out. You will be able to either taste the burn, or it will eventually stop creating vapour. In the majority of our clearomizers this coil or head can be replaced, saving you money on buying new clearomizers.

Now the e-liquid, with all the flavour and percentages it can seem a little confusing, but we assure you it isn’t. As with food and drink, you’ll never know which one is for you until you try it. However, Real Cigs, Ultra Ice Mint, Menthol and Alabama Strawberry are popular choices which never seem to disappoint.

The percent is the amount of nicotine in the e-liquid. For example 1.8% = 18mg. Our 1.8% is based on a 20 per day smoker and for those who would like a little less, we have 1.2%, 0.6% and 0.0%.
